The Mobile Crisis Unit (MCU) is an emergency mental health program that provides on-scene evaluation, treatment and crisis interventions to individuals who are experiencing a mental health emergency and who need, but are unwilling or unable to seek, mental health treatment.

The Loudoun County Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Assessment Center is an emergency mental health program. They provide mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, stabilization services, and links to various resources for those experiencing a mental health or substance use related emergency.

Emergency Services Unit provides immediate assistance to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Services include assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization, short-term counseling, psychiatric aid and critical stress management for individuals and families.
